Dr. Roher remains a practicing board-certified anesthesiologist, but his real passion is helping people change their lives for the better. Back in 2012, Dr. Roher opened SDBotox with a desire to help people achieve enhancements with minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. Since then, SDBotox has been a groundbreaking endeavor with six locations, 16 advanced aesthetic providers and a reputation as San Diego's most trusted medspa. Throughout his time in the industry, he realized there was a barrier to entry for medical providers to enter the world of aesthetics so the Aesthetic Training academy by SDBotox was born!

As the Chief Operating Officer of SDBotox, Rachelle brings her extensive knowledge of the industry to Aesthetic Training Academy. Her career in aesthetics started over 17 years ago with Allergan, the manufacturer of Botox Cosmetic and Juvederm collection of fillers. She gained a reputation in the industry for her passionate empowerment of providers and the personal connections she made with medspas across the country. In 2022, she worked as a consultant providing career coaching and placement assistance for aesthetic providers, eventually joining SDBotox in 2023. Her extensive industry knowledge is an invaluable asset to Aesthetic Training Academy and to all who attend!

With over 5 years of aesthetics experience, Alayna is passionate about training and education within the industry. After spending 4 years as an RN on a neuro/med unit and neuro/trauma PCU, she started her aesthetics career at a large medspa practice. She quickly became the lead educator for the region training beginner aesthetic providers. As the Training Lead for SDBotox, she creates evidenced-based education and reference materials for staff, coordinates both in-house and outside training opportunities for providers, and promotes a company culture that values continuous advanced education. Her dedication to safe, beautiful results and her passion for aesthetics education has made her a leader in the industry and a mentor to aesthetic providers.
